What environmental volunteering with HeyLocals actually looks like

Environmental volunteering with HeyLocals means joining active conservation projects run by local teams who work in the field every day.

You'll get stuck into hands-on work protecting the environment, wildlife, and flora, helping safeguard ecosystems that are often under pressure.

Activities are mainly in the morning and include:

- Conservation and monitoring activities,
- Supporting wildlife protection and habitat preservation,
- Environmental education in local communities.

Afternoons are for exploring, free time with fellow volunteers, and getting to know the area.

Everything's set up so you can focus: accommodation included, local team support, clear roles, and carefully picked projects.
