Volunteering in Indonesia

About section

🇮🇩 Volunteering in Indonesia

Indonesia covers a lot of ground. Our projects sit on Bali and Nusa Penida, where you can teach in village schools or work on marine conservation. Both islands, very different energy.

🌱 The project
Teaching English in village primaries or rehab work with sea turtles at a local conservation centre. Pick based on what you want your days to look like.

📍 Where it takes place
Ubud, Pejeng and Nusa Penida, between forests, rice fields and Indian Ocean cliffs. Each spot has a distinct feel.

🧭 Why choose HeyLocals
• Vetted projects across Ubud, Pejeng and Nusa Penida
• Year-round with weekly starts
