About section

In Kathmandu, this project was born from the real need to spread basic knowledge of hygiene, disease prevention, and first aid — often taken for granted, but not always accessible to everyone

In Kathmandu, schools and communities work every day to improve collective well-being, but a lack of health education makes it harder to prevent disease and manage everyday emergencies. This Health Outreach project was built in partnership with teachers, monks, and local practitioners who believe in the importance of awareness and prevention.

By participating, you'll contribute to hands-on educational sessions on hygiene, nutrition, and first aid, adapting content to children, young people, and adults alike. It's an experience built on sharing knowledge, listening to local needs, and mutual learning — making health a tool for autonomy and growth across the entire community.
