Learn from the Local Context
Engage with diverse schools, monasteries, and communities, adapting your approach and broadening your perspective.

Monday through Friday, days follow a balanced routine of health education sessions, preparation time, and discussions with the local team. Activities take place in schools, monasteries, nurseries, and community programs, adapting to different settings and age groups.
Part of the time is dedicated to preparing materials, reviewing activities, and exchanging feedback with coordinators to make each session more effective and better aligned with community needs.
Weekends are free from mandatory activities. You can explore the area, join small excursions, or relax with fellow volunteers.

Savor Nepalese cuisine, browse artisan shops, and soak up the lively atmosphere of the neighborhood.
